We have had a very positive experience using Steve Beller with RE/MAX United as our realtor. He suggested that we price our home with a value range. He suggested that the top number be what our home was really going to sell for and the bottom number to be a number that is just to get as many buyers to see our home as possible. We even had some doubt. At one point, we wanted to accept $5000 less than our top number. Steve said "no"; he said we should hold out for the top number that we originally agreed on.
